Cancellations and Substitutions information

Registration for the seminar is subject to the following terms and conditions.

  • Written cancellations through fax or email (from the person who has registered for this seminar) received more than 10 calendar days prior to the start date of the event will receive a refund – less €50 administration fee per attendee.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 10 calendar days from the start date of the event.

  • Substitutions are acceptable at any time. No-shows will be charged the full amount.

  • In the unlikely event CSA PRO Solutions Ltd. cancels the seminar, CSA PRO Solutions Ltd will refund all payments in full but is not liable for any cost or losses incurred by registrants (e.g. for travelling, accommodation etc.).
